How to Make Alfredo Sauce Pasta Strips




Ingredients:


water as needed

Mario Alfredo pasta strips 250g

Cold water as needed


Prepare the roast chicken:


garlic paste 1 teaspoon

lemon juice 2 teaspoons

1 tbsp cooking oil

½ tsp black pepper powder

Dried oregano ½ tsp

Salt ½ tsp or to taste

Chicken fillets 350g


Prepare the Alfredo Sauce:


butter 2 tablespoons

1 tbsp cooking oil

1 cup sliced ​​mushrooms

minced garlic 1 tbsp

1 cup cream

milk 2 and ½ cups

Cracked black pepper ½ tsp

garlic powder 1 teaspoon

White pepper powder) ½ tsp

Dried oregano ½ tsp

chicken powder 1 tbsp

Nutmeg powder 1/8 teaspoon

Salt 1 tsp or to taste

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Chopped fresh parsley


Directions:


Add water to a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Add Alfredo to Mario's pasta strips, mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes, then strain and rinse with tap water and set aside.


Prepare the roast chicken:


Place the garlic paste, lemon juice, cooking oil, black pepper powder, dried oregano, salt in a bowl and mix well.

Add the chicken fillets and mix well, cover and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.

Grease the cast iron griddle with oil, place the marinated fillets and grill over low heat until cooked through (4-5 minutes per side), let stand 1 minute, then cut into cubes and set them aside.


Prepare the Alfredo Sauce:


Put the butter and olive oil in a wok and let melt.

Add the mushrooms and sauté for 2 minutes.

Add the garlic and mix well for one minute.

Add the cream and stir well.

Add the milk and mix well.

Add crushed black pepper, garlic powder, white pepper powder, dried oregano, chicken powder, nutmeg powder, salt, whisk well and cook 1-2 minutes.

Add the cheddar cheese and mix well until the cheese melts.

Now add the grilled chicken cubes, fresh parsley and mix well.

Add the cooked Alfredo strips and mix well.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve!
