They consist of a tortilla (usually a corn or flour tortilla) that is filled with a variety of ingredients, including seasoned meat (such as beef, chicken, or pork), shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, and other toppings like sour cream, avocado, or hot sauce. Tacos can be enjoyed as a quick and delicious snack or as a full meal, and they can be prepared in various ways, such as grilled, fried, or baked. Mexican tacos are often served with sides like rice and beans, and they can be found in Mexican restaurants or made at home using homemade or store-bought tortillas.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef or chicken
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 8-10 soft corn tortillas
