How to make hamburger pizza at home
Ingredients:
Cup of cream
Mayonnaise 4 tablespoons
1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
half spoon red chili powder
Salt ¼ teaspoon or to taste
Dried oregano ½ teaspoon
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
Tomato without seeds and chopped 1 medium
1 medium onion, chopped
Sliced black olives 3 tablespoons
Salt ¼ teaspoon or to taste
¼ tsp minced red chili
Dried oregano ¼ teaspoon

Smoked Chicken Sausages Supreme Monsalwa 2
2 tablespoons cooking oil
Mounting:
Hamburger bun base 2
1 tablespoon pizza sauce
Grated cheddar
Grated mozzarella
Dried oregano
Ground red pepper
Crushed iceberg
Indications:
In a bowl, add the cream, mayonnaise, fresh coriander, red pepper powder, salt, dried oregano, lemon juice and mix well and set aside.
In a bowl combine the peppers, tomatoes, onion, black olives, salt, minced chilli, dried oregano, mix well and set aside.
On a cast iron grill, add cooking oil and grill chicken burgers and chicken sausages until golden brown and set aside.
Mounting:
On the same grill, toast the bottom of the hamburger buns on both sides.
Turn off the heat, add and drizzle the pizza sauce, then add the prepared veggies, cheddar cheese, mozzarella, grilled chicken smoked sausages, sprinkle with dried oregano and crushed red pepper.
Turn on the heat, cover and simmer until cheese is melted (4-5 minutes).
Turn off the heat, on a hamburger bun, add the iceberg, fried chicken patty, prepared sauce, and put another assembled hamburger bun (makes 2) and serve!
