How to Make Chicken Chili at Home
Boneless chicken 250 grams
Capsicum 70 grams
40 grams of green chillies
Ginger 20 grams
For chicken marinade
1/4 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Egg whites
2 tablespoons corn flour
For the sauce:
2 tablespoons cooking oil
Chopped garlic 1/2 tsp
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons of ketchup
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
Salt 1/4 tsp
1 tablespoon water
How to Prepared:
First you take 70 grams of capsicum and cut it into small pieces. Now you take 40 grams of green chillies. Finely chop it. Take 20 grams of ginger. Finely chop it.
Now take 250 grams of boneless chicken, cut it into thin slices. To marinate the chicken, add 4/1 teaspoon of black pepper, 4/1 teaspoon of salt, add an egg, mix it well, now add cornflower 2 in it. Add a spoon and mix it well. Now heat the oil in a pan at 150 to 165 degrees. Now fry the marinated chicken in it for 2 minutes. Now take it out of the oil through a sieve.
Now put 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan, add 2/1 tsp crushed ginger and cook it in oil. Now put fried chicken and vegetables in it and cook it on low heat and add 2 tbsp. Add oyster sauce, 2 tbsp ketchup, 2/1 tsp sugar, 4/1 tsp salt, add 1 tbsp water, cook over high heat and keep stirring, add 1 tbsp sesame oil and cook.
