What is Hamburger ?

A hamburger is a sandwich consisting of one or more cooked patties of ground beef, placed inside a sliced bun. The patty may be pan-fried, grilled, or flame-broiled. Hamburgers are often garnished with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, bacon, and various condiments such as ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, and relish. Some hamburgers also include additional ingredients such as a fried egg, avocado, mushrooms, or jalapeños.

A cheeseburger is a variation of a hamburger that includes a slice of cheese. The cheese is usually placed on top of the patty, but it can also be melted onto the patty.

Hamburgers are a staple food in the United States and are also popular in many other countries. They can be found at fast food restaurants, casual dining restaurants, and can also be made at home. They are often served with French fries or potato chips as a side dish.
