How to make Coffee Cake easy way at Home-Egg less Coffee Cake




 Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

For the stressful topping:

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cut into small pieces

How to Prepared:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan and set aside.

  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

  3. In a separate large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.

  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the sour cream. Mix until just combined.

  5. In a separate small mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the streusel topping. Add butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

  6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan. Sprinkle the streusel topping evenly over the batter.

  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the coffee cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing it to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve warm or at room temperature.
