 How to Make Air fried Buns at Home




Ingredients:


All-purpose flour sieved 500g

Instant yeast 1 tablespoon

powdered sugar ¼ cup

Salt½ teaspoon

egg 1

cooking oil 3 tablespoons

Warm milk ¾ cup

beaten egg 1

Black and white sesame seeds

 

Directions:


In a flour mixer, add all-purpose flour, instant yeast, sugar, salt, egg, cooking oil and milk, use the dough hook attachment and knead until a dough forms (about 8 minutes).

Knead the dough again with oiled hands until smooth.

Grease the dough with cooking oil, cover with cling film and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.

Place the dough on a clean work surface, take a small amount of dough (90g) and shape into a smooth ball.

Flatten the dough and fold in all the edges of the dough and shape into a smooth ball, pinch and seal.

Place baking paper in the frying basket, poke holes with a skewer and grease with cooking oil.

Place the dough balls in, cover with plastic wrap and let rise 30-40 minutes or until doubled in size.

Brush on beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds (makes 9-10).

Air fry at 160°C for 10 minutes.
