How to Prepared Mango Mahalabia Milk Pudding at Home




Ingredients:


Prepare the milk mahalabia (pudding):


Olper's milk 1 liter

Olper's Cream 1 cup

½ cup sugar or to taste

rose water 1 tbsp

cardamom powder ¼ teaspoon

Cornstarch 4 tbsp

Olper's milk 1/3 cup


Prepare the mango puree layer:


3 cup mango cubes

1 & ½ cup water

Sugar ¼ cup or to taste

grated coconut 2 tbsp

cornstarch 2 tbsp

chopped almonds

diced mango


Directions:


Prepare the milk mahalabia (pudding):


Put the milk, cream, sugar, rose water, cardamom powder in a wok and whisk well.

Turn on the heat and bring to a boil.

Add the milk to the cornmeal and whisk well.

Add cornstarch dissolved in boiling water, mix well and cook until thickened (2-3 minutes).

Let cool completely while stirring.


Prepare the mango puree layer:


Put the mangoes and water in a pitcher and mix well.

Put the mango puree, sugar, coconut flakes, cornmeal in a saucepan and whisk well.

Turn on the heat, bring to a boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes and keep stirring in between.

let cool

Place mahalabia pudding, mango puree layer in a serving cup and garnish with almonds, diced mango and dried rose.

Serve as fresh
