How to make sesame teriyaki beef skewers at home
Ingredients:
Beef entrecote ½ kg
Garlic crushed 1 teaspoon
Crushed ginger 1 teaspoon
soy sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
hoisin sauce 1 tbsp
sesame oil 2 teaspoons
Powdered brown sugar 2 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp or to taste
Toasted sesame 1 tbsp
½ tsp black pepper powder
2 tbsp cooking oil
Roasted sesame seeds
Chopped fresh parsley
Preparation:
Thinly slice the sliced beef and set aside.
In a bowl, add the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, vinegar, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, salt, sesame seeds, black pepper powder and mix well.
Add the beef strips and mix well, cover and marinate for 2-3 hours.
Thread marinated beef onto skewers (for 10-12).
Grease grill pan with cooking oil and grill over medium-high heat until cooked through (4-5 minutes per side).
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and fresh parsley and serve!
