How to Make Cheese Cake Bars at Home Quickly





Ingredients:


Prepare the sugar crust:


Candi Original Caramelized Biscuits 2 family packs (about 40 biscuits)

Melted butter 60g


Prepare chocolate ganache:


Milk Chocolate 100g

cream 50g


Prepare the cheesecake layer:


whipped cream 200ml

yolk 4

powdered sugar ¼ cup

Whipped yoghurt 200g

Fresh cheese 200g

Vanilla Essence ½ teaspoon

½ cup melted chocolate

water 3 tablespoons

gelatin powder 1 tbsp

Prepare the sugar crust:


In a food processor add the candy biscuits and process the biscuits in the food processor.

Add the melted butter and mix until well combined.

To an 8" x 8" square pan lined with parchment paper, add the crumbled mixture and press firmly into an even layer and refrigerate for 30 minutes.


Prepare chocolate ganache:


In a bowl add milk chocolate, heavy cream and microwave for 30-40 seconds, then mix well until smooth, then transfer to a squeeze bottle and set aside.


Prepare the cheesecake layer:


Place heavy cream in a bowl and beat until soft peaks form and set aside.

Put the egg yolks, powdered sugar, yogurt, cream cheese, vanilla essence in a bowl and whisk.

Place the bowl in a water bath and cook (whisk gently to maintain an even temperature) for 8-10 minutes.

In a small bowl, add water and gelatin powder and mix well.

Now put the dissolved gelatine in a bowl, mix well and then remove from the heat.

Add melted chocolate and stir until well combined.

Leave to cool completely.

Add whipping cream and fold in with a spatula until well combined.

Pour the mixture over the candy crust, blot several times and freeze in the freezer for 4-6 hours.

Take the cheesecake out of the mold and cut into bars.

Drizzle with chocolate ganache, top with cookies and serve!
