How to Baked Mutton Chops two ways- Baked & Grilled at Home
Baked/Grilled Chops
Ingredients:
Mutton chops 750 g
coriander powder 1 ¼ teaspoon
Any spice powder 1 ¼ tsp.
Red chili powder 1 ¼ tsp.
salt 1 teaspoon
yogurt 6 tablespoons
Toasted cumin seeds 1 ¼ tsp.
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
lemon juice 2 tbsp
Roasted and crushed black pepper 1 ¼ tsp.
Cinnamon powder ½ teaspoon
Directions:
Pound the mutton chops
Put the yogurt and all the other ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour the mixture over the chops and mix well
Leave to marinate for 2-3 hours
Grill:
Add the oil and grill the chops for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Serve with Knorr Tomato Ketchup and Knorr Chili Garlic Sauce.
Bake:
To preheat the oven.
Drizzle oil in a pan, add the marinated chops, cover with foil and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Remove skillet from oven, flip chops, brush with oil/butter and bake uncovered in oven for another 10 minutes.
Serve with Tomato Ketchup and Chili Garlic Sauce.
