How to Prepared Banana Bread Fruit Trifle at Home
Ingredients:
Prepare the sausage:
Olper's milk 1 cup
Olpers milk cream 200ml
yellow 4
¼ cup cornmeal
powdered sugar 6 tbsp or to taste
½ cup white or grated chocolate chips
butter 2 tablespoons
vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
Prepare the strawberry puree:
Fresh or frozen strawberries, chopped 1 cup
caster sugar 2 tablespoons
lemon juice 1 teaspoon
ice cubes
Olpers milk cream 300ml
powdered sugar 3 tbsp or to taste
Assembly:
Banana bread 1 loaf
pineapple juice
strawberries
pineapple
Kiwi
chopped almonds
chocolate syrup
How to Prepared:
Prepare the sausage:
Put the milk and cream in a saucepan and whisk well, turn on the heat and bring to a boil.
In another bowl, add the egg yolks, cornmeal and mix well.
Gradually pour the hot milk into the egg mixture while whisking.
Place a sieve in a saucepan and sieve.
Add the powdered sugar and whisk well.
Add the white chocolate chips and mix well until melted.
Add the butter, vanilla essence and cook over low heat until the pudding thickens (2-3 minutes), whisking continuously.
Transfer to a pitcher, cover the surface with cling film and refrigerate until use.
Prepare the strawberry puree:
Put strawberries, powdered sugar, lemon juice in a saucepan, mix well and cook over low heat for 4-5 minutes.
let cool
Place ice cubes in a large bowl, place another bowl in the center, add cream, powdered sugar and beat until soft peaks form, transfer to a piping bag and refrigerate until ready to use.
Assembly:
Slice banana bread.
In a trifle bowl, layer a layer of banana bread slices and cubes and brush with pineapple juice.
Add Olper's whipped cream, strawberry purée, strawberry, pineapple and kiwi slices.
Add almonds, chocolate syrup, diced banana bread, pineapple juice, prepared custard and heavy cream.
Garnish with strawberries, kiwi slices and serve chilled!
