How to Baked Alaska Cake at Home Easily and Quickly



Ingredients:

Hico Dairy Mango Ice Cream

Chocolate ice cream from Hico Dairy


Prepare meringue:


water as needed

egg white 5

cream of tartar ½ teaspoon

¾ cup powdered sugar

Vanilla Essence ½ teaspoon


Assembly :


Cake of your choice



Preparation:

Preparation of the ice layers:


Line a bowl neatly with aluminum foil.

Using an ice cream scoop, scoop the mango ice cream into the bowl, then press into an even layer and freeze for 4 hours.

Remove the bowl from the freezer, use an ice cream scoop to scoop the praline ice cream onto the mango ice cream layer, then press into an even layer and freeze for 4 hours.


Prepare meringue:


Add water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Place a bowl over the pan, add egg whites, cream of tartar and whisk until fluffy (3-4 minutes).

Remove from the heat and beat well until fluffy.

Gradually add the sugar (1 tablespoon at a time) and beat well until doubled in volume.

Add vanilla essence and beat until stiff peaks form, then transfer to a piping bag and set aside.


Assembly :


Place the cake on the cake strand.

Using a 7 inch cookie cutter, cut out the sides of the cake.

Now remove the frozen ice cream layers from the freezer, place the bowl over the cake, remove the bowl and then remove the foil.

Spread a thin layer of the prepared meringue over the entire cake and decorate with meringue flowers.

Toast the meringue with a flashlight, slice and serve!
