How to Make a Ranch Pizza Recipe at Home
Ingredients:
Prepare the ranch sauce:
1 cup cream
lemon juice 3 tbsp
1 cup mayonnaise
½ tsp black pepper powder
Dried parsley 1 & ½ teaspoon
Onion powder ½ tsp
garlic powder ½ tsp
salt 1 pinch
Finely chopped dill 1 & ½ tbsp
Prepare pizza dough:
½ cup hot water
¼ cup hot milk
sugar 1 tablespoon
Instant yeast 3 teaspoons
All-purpose flour, sifted 3 cups
salt 1 teaspoon
2 tbsp cooking oil
Warm water 2-3 tbsp or as needed
Prepare the chicken filling:
2 tbsp cooking oil
Chicken cubes without bones 400g
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp or to taste
Red chili powder 1 tbsp. tea or to taste
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
Cracked black pepper 1 teaspoon
lemon juice 1 tbsp
Smoothies 3 tbsp
Assembly :
grated cheddar cheese
Grated mozzarella cheese
diced peppers
Onion
Pitted & diced tomatoes
Sliced mushrooms
Sliced black olives
grated cheddar cheese
Grated mozzarella cheese
Dried oregano
crushed red pepper
Directions:
Prepare the ranch sauce:
Place the cream and lemon juice in a bowl and whisk well.
Add mayonnaise, black pepper powder, dried parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, dill and stir until well combined. Ranch sauce is ready.
Prepare pizza dough:
Put lukewarm water, milk, sugar and instant yeast in a carafe and mix well, cover and leave for 10-15 minutes.
In a bowl add the all-purpose flour and salt and mix well.
Add the cooking oil and mix well until crumbled.
Gradually add the dissolved yeast mixture and mix well.
Add water and knead until dough comes together, cover and leave to rise for 1 hour (warm place).
Prepare the chicken filling:
In a skillet, add the cooking oil and chicken and mix well until it changes color.
Add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, crushed black pepper, lemon juice, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add the yogurt and mix well, cover and cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes, then cook over high heat until dry and set aside.
Dust with dry flour and knead the dough again until smooth.
Divide the dough into 3 parts, take one part, sprinkle with dry flour and roll out with a rolling pin.
Place the rolled out dough onto a 9-inch pizza pan, press down lightly and prick with a fork.
Add 3-4 tablespoons ranch sauce, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, cooked chicken, bell pepper, onion, tomato, mushrooms, black olives, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, dried oregano, and crushed red pepper and distribute (makes 3 medium-sized pizzas ).
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10-12 minutes.
Remove from the pizza pan and drizzle with the prepared ranch sauce, then slice and serve!
