 How to Make Mini Chicken Nugget Burgers with Burger Sauce at Home




Ingredients:


Chicken nuggets my salwa 8-10

cooking oil for frying

¾ cup mayonnaise

Mustard paste 1 tbsp

Chopped pickled jalapenos 2 tbsp

Vinegar 1 tbsp

Salt to taste

¼ teaspoon black pepper powder

garlic powder ½ tsp

Onion powder ½ tsp

sugar 1 teaspoon

paprika powder ½ tsp

Burger buns

lettuce leaf

slice of cheese

tomato slice

onion rings

cucumber slices

Tomato ketchup


Directions:


Heat the cooking oil in a wok and fry the nuggets over medium heat until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes).

Combine mayonnaise, mustard paste, pickled jalapenos, vinegar, salt, black pepper powder, garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, paprika powder in a bowl and whisk well . The burger sauce is ready!

Cut the hamburger buns from the center, add and spread the prepared hamburger sauce, lettuce, a slice of cheese, a slice of tomato, onion rings, a fried chicken nugget, slices of cucumber, ketchup with the tomato, hamburger sauce and top with another mini bun to make a hamburger (makes 8-ten).

Serve with a ready-to-use burger sauce!
