 How to Make Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake at Home


Ingredients:



Prepare the cake bases:


1 & ½ cup all-purpose flour

1/3 cup cocoa powder

salt ¼ teaspoon

Soft butter 100g

1/3 cup sugar rolls

protein 1

vanilla essence 1 teaspoon

Olper Cream 1 tbsp (room temperature)


Prepare the peanut butter pie filling:


Fresh cheese 100g

Peanut Butter 100g

vanilla essence 1 teaspoon

Chilled Olpers Cream 200ml

½ cup powdered sugar


Prepare chocolate ganache:


Chopped milk chocolate 80g

Olper's cream 1/3 cup

Ground peanuts


Directions:


Prepare the cake bases:


In a bowl place the sieve, add all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, salt and sift together, mix well and set aside.

In a bowl add the butter and powdered sugar and beat well until the color changes.

Add egg whites, vanilla essence and beat well.

Add half of the dry ingredients and beat until well combined.

Add the cream and beat well.

Now add the remaining dry ingredients, beat well and knead the dough until smooth.

Take a little dough and make a ball.

Grease the cake tins with cooking oil, place the ball of dough in it, press the dough down lightly and spread it out with your hand and fix it, cut off the edges with a knife and prick with a fork (makes 16-18).

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-22 minutes.

Allow to cool before removing the cake from the baking pans.


Prepare the peanut butter pie filling:


In a bowl add cream cheese, peanut butter, vanilla essence, beat well and set aside.

Put ice cubes in a large bowl and place another bowl on top, add the cream and beat well.

Add the powdered sugar and beat until soft peaks form.

Add peanut butter and cream cheese mixture and beat until well combined.

Place in a piping bag and refrigerate until ready to use.


Prepare chocolate ganache:


In a bowl add milk chocolate, heavy cream and microwave for 30 seconds then mix well.

Fill into a piping bag and set aside.

Fill the tartlets with peanut butter filling, top with chocolate ganache and peanuts.
