HOW TO PREPARE FRUIT FIRNI QUICKLY AND EASY AT HOME
Ingredients:
¼ cup Reistota (soaked)
¼ cup milk
clarified butter 1 tablespoon
Sliced pistachios 2-3 tbsp
Sliced almonds 2-3 tbsp
3 cups of milk
2 tablespoons of stevia or to taste
cardamom powder ½ tsp
Essence of Kewra ½ tsp
papaya cubes
Chopped Mixed Fruit
kiwi slices
papaya slices
strawberry slices
grape slices
strawberries
raisins
sliced pistachios
Directions:
In a grinder add the rice and milk and grind to a paste and set aside.
In a wok add the clarified butter and let it melt.
Add the pistachios and almonds and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add the milk, mix well and bring to a boil.
Now add the ground dough, mix well and cook over low heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add Equal Stevia and mix well.
Add cardamom powder, kewra essence, mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes.
In a serving glass, add mixed fruit, kiwi, papaya, strawberry, grapes, and prepared varnish.
Garnish with strawberries, raisins and pistachios.
Serve so fresh!
