 How to Make Pizza Fries Quickly at Home




Ingredients:


Fries:

3-4 peeled potatoes

water as needed

water as needed

salt 1 tbsp

frying oil


Chicken Tikka Flavor:


Tikka Masala ½ tbsp

yogurt 1 tablespoon

Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp

Chicken fillet 1

oil 1 tablespoon

water 1-2 tablespoons or as needed


Assembly :


fries

Grated mozzarella cheese

grated cheddar cheese

pizza sauce

Boiled Chicken

grated cheddar cheese

Grated mozzarella cheese

chopped onion

Chopped pepper

Chopped jalapenos

Pitted and diced tomato

grated cheddar cheese

Grated mozzarella cheese

Black olives

crushed red pepper

Dried oregano


Directions:



For the potato fries:


Using the french fries cutter, cut the potatoes (1/2 inch thick).

In a bowl, add the water, the potato fries, and let stand for 30 to 45 minutes.

In a saucepan add water, salt and heat until boiling.

-Add the potato fries and let stand for 6-8 minutes.

Now pat the potato fries dry with paper towels and leave to cool.

Can be frozen in a ziplock bag for up to 1-2 weeks.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the potato fries for 2-3 minutes and let stand for 5 minutes.

Heat the oil and fry the potato fries until crispy again and set aside.


For the Chicken Tikka flavor:


Combine tikka masala, yogurt, ginger garlic paste in a bowl and whisk well.

Add the chicken fillet, mix well and let marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.

Put the oil and chicken fillet in a pan, drizzle with the remaining marinade and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add water, cover and cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes. Then flip it over and cook on the other side until done.

shred the chicken after turn off the heat.

Turn on heat and sauté for 1 minute and set aside.


Assembly :


In a small skillet or baking sheet, combine potato fries, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, pizza sauce, cooked chicken, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, onion, bell pepper, jalapenos, tomato, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, black olives, crushed red pepper and dried oregano.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 8 to 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
