 How to Make Potato and Sausage Croquettes



Ingredients:



Boiled potatoes 5-6 medium

Red chili powder 1 tbsp. tea or to taste

Salt 1 tsp or to taste

½ tsp black pepper powder

garlic powder 1 tsp

Cumin powder 1 teaspoon

3 tbsp chopped fresh coriander

¼ cup chopped dill

1 tbsp cooking oil

eggs 3

salt ¼ teaspoon

1 cup all-purpose flour, or as needed

Breadcrumbs 1 cup or as needed

cooking oil for frying

non-stick spray


Directions:

In a bowl potatoes mash well with masher.

Add red chili powder, salt, black pepper powder, garlic powder, cumin powder, fresh coriander, dill, mix well and set aside.

Cut the chicken and cheese sausages into 3 pieces and set aside.

In a skillet, add the cooking oil and fry the sausages for 1-2 minutes or until lightly browned.

Grease hands with oil, take a small amount of potato mixture and flatten it in the palm of your hand.

Now put the sausages on top, cover neatly with the potato mixture and form croquettes of the same size.

In a bowl add the eggs, salt and whisk well.

Now coat the croquettes in all-purpose flour, then dip in the beaten eggs and coat in the breadcrumbs (yields 22-24).


1: Derp roast


Heat cooking oil in a wok and fry over medium heat until golden brown.


2: Air fryer


Spray croquettes with non-stick spray and fry at 180°C for 10-12 minutes (switch between the two after 5-6 minutes).
