How to Make a Creamy Chicken Mayonnaise Crepe Roll at Home Quickly.
Ingredients:
Prepare the creamy chicken filling:
Cooking oil 2-3 tablespoons
Minced meat 400g
Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
½ tsp black pepper powder
Crushed red pepper 1 teaspoon
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
Italian herbs 1 tsp
½ cup chopped carrots
½ cup chopped peppers
½ cup Olper milk cream
Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
Chopped fresh parsley 1-2 tbsp
Prepare pancakes:
eggs 2
½ cup milk
water 1 & ¼ cup
All-purpose flour, sifted 1 & ¾ cup
salt ½ teaspoon
2 tbsp cooking oil
Assembly :
Slices of cheddar cheese
beaten eggs 2
Breadcrumbs 1 cup or as needed
cooking oil for frying
Directions:
Prepare the creamy chicken filling:
In a wok, add cooking oil and ground chicken and mix well until it changes color.
Add the garlic paste and mix well.
Add black pepper powder, crushed red peppers, salt, Italian herbs, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add carrots and mix well.
Add the peppers, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the cream, mix well and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
Add mayonnaise and mix well.
Add the fresh parsley and mix well.
Let cool down.
Prepare pancakes:
Place eggs, milk and water in a bowl and whisk well.
Add all-purpose flour, salt, and whisk until well combined.
Add the cooking oil and whisk well.
Grease a 9-inch skillet with cooking oil, add 1/3 cup prepared batter, spread evenly, and fry over low heat on both sides until lightly browned.
Assembly :
Place a slice of cheddar cheese on one side of the pancake, top with the prepared creamy chicken filling (2-3 tbsp), fold in all sides and roll up.
Dip in beaten egg and coat in breadcrumbs (for 10 to 12).
Can be stored in the freezer for up to 1 month.
Heat the cooking oil in a wok and fry over a medium heat until golden and crispy.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 18-20 minutes, brush crêpe rolls with oil (turn once after 9-10 minutes).
Fry in a hot air fryer preheated to 200°C for 10-12 minutes, brush the pancake rolls with oil (turn once after 5-6 minutes).
Serve with tomato ketchup!
