How to Make Strawberry Ice Cream Cake Dessert at Home



Ingredients:


Strawberry slices 400g

¼ cup powdered sugar

Instant jelly mix 80g (strawberry flavor)

½ cup hot water

ice cubes

Olpers milk cream 600ml

¾ cup powdered sugar or as needed

Ladyfingers as needed Substitute: rusks

Strawberry jam 4 tbsp or as needed

strawberry slices


Directions:


Put the strawberries and powdered sugar in a bowl and mix well, leave to stand for 15 minutes and set aside.

In a bowl, add strawberry jelly and hot water and mix well until thickened. cool at room temperature.

Put the ice cubes in a large bowl and place another bowl on top, add the cream and beat well.

Add sugar .

Reserve 1/3 of the whipped cream and pour into a piping bag and set aside.

In the remaining whipped cream, add the prepared jelly, whisk until well combined and put in a piping bag.

In a serving bowl, add and spread the strawberry cream, layer the cookies, then top with a layer of Olper Whipped Cream (reserved) and spread evenly.

Now add the sugar coated strawberries, strawberry cream and spread evenly.

Put the strawberry jam in a bowl, mix well and pour into a piping bag.

Drizzle with strawberry jam and swirl with the skewer.

Garnish with strawberry slices and serve chilled!
