How to Make Strawberry Ice Cream at Home Quickly
Ingredients:
Strawberries 400g
Strawberries 150g
whipped cream 500ml
¾ cup condensed milk
Strawberry Essence 1 teaspoon (optional)
Pink food coloring 1 pinch or as needed
How to Make:
Cut off the tops of the strawberries with a knife.
In the bowl of the blender, add the strawberries and mix well to make a puree and set aside (about 1 cup).
On a clean cutting board, roughly chop the strawberries and set aside.
Place the heavy cream in a bowl and beat well until stiff peaks form.
Add condensed milk, strawberry essence and strawberry puree beat until well combined.
Add the pink food coloring and beat well and add chopped strawberries.
Place the prepared strawberry mixture in an airtight container, spread evenly and pat several times, cover the surface with cling film and a lid and freeze overnight in the freezer (yield: 2 litres).
Once completely frozen, remove and serve!
