How to Make French Toast with Strawberry and Cream
Ingredients:
ice cubes
Olper milk cream 200ml
1/3 cup powdered sugar
½ cup cream cheese
Vanilla Essence ½ teaspoon
Roughly chopped strawberries 1 cup
day (eggs) 4
Bareek Cheeni (Black Sugar) ¼ cup
½ cup milk
½ cup Olper milk cream
Vanilla Essence ½ teaspoon
Cinnamon powder ¼ teaspoon
Nutmeg powder 1/8 teaspoon
butter 2-3 tablespoons
Brioche bread 1 inch thick slices 5-6

Preparation:
Place ice cubes in a large bowl and place another bowl on top.
Add the cream and powdered sugar beat well.
Add cream cheese and vanilla essence and beat until well combined.
Reserve half the amount for the filling, transfer to a piping bag and refrigerate until ready to use.
Add the strawberries to the remaining cream mixture and gently fold in and refrigerate until ready to use.
In a bowl add the eggs and powdered sugar and mix well.
Add milk, heavy cream, vanilla essence, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, mix well and set aside.
let the butter melt in a pan
Dip each slice of brioche bread into the egg mixture, making sure both sides are evenly coated.
Place the brioche bread slices on the pan and fry on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.
Add 2 tablespoons strawberry cream mixture and flip disc over another disc.
Top with reserved whipped cream, strawberries and serve!
