 How to Make Crispy Potato Sticks at Home Quickly 



Ingredients:


Boiled potatoes cubes ½ kg

½ cup rice flour

½ tsp black pepper powder

Roasted and crushed cumin seeds 1 teaspoon

Salt ½ tbsp or to taste

Crushed red pepper ½ tsp

Chaat masala ½ tsp

Cornstarch 3 tablespoons

Ginger paste ½ tbsp

A handful of chopped fresh cilantro

cooking oil for frying




Directions:


Put the potatoes in a bowl and mash them well with the pestle.

Add rice flour, black pepper powder, cumin seeds, salt, red chilli, chaat masala, cornmeal, ginger paste and mix well.

Add the fresh cilantro, mix well and leave to stand for 15 minutes.

Grease hands with cooking oil, scoop a small amount of the mixture and form into a ball.

Place on a clean work surface (greased with cooking oil) and using the palm of your hand, roll into a finger shape and cut in half from the center.

Heat the cooking oil in a wok and fry the potato sticks over medium-high heat until golden brown.

Serve with tomato sauce or ketchup.
