Healthy salad recipe good for health
Ingredients:
Chicken cubes without bones 250g
Smoothie 2-3 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Tikka masala 1 tbsp
Pomace olive oil 1-2 tablespoons
Iceberg 2 medium
olives as needed
Pickled jalapenos as needed
Sumac powder ½ tbsp
Cinnamon powder ¼ teaspoon
lemon juice 1 tbsp
Tahini paste 2-3 tbsp
Extra virgin olive oil 1 tbsp or as needed
Directions:
Combine the chicken, yogurt, ginger garlic paste and tikka masala in a bowl, mix well and marinate for 15-30 minutes.
In a skillet add the olive oil and marinated chicken, mix well and cook until chicken changes color, cover and cook over medium heat until chicken is tender (6-8 minutes), mix well and do not dry out.
On a clean cutting board, chop the iceberg and set aside.
Slice the olives and set aside.
Chop the pickled jalapenos and set aside.
Place chopped iceberg lettuce, olives, pickled jalapenos, sumac powder, cinnamon powder, lemon juice in a bowl, mix and mix well.
Gradually add the tahini paste, cooked chicken, olive oil and tahini paste and mix well.
Drizzle with tahini paste and serve!
