 How to Prepare a Healthy Protein Salad - Protein Salad for Weight Loss




Ingredients:

1 & ½ cup cooked black chickpeas

1 cup roasted peanuts

paprika powder ½ tsp

Pink salt to taste

Cracked black pepper to taste

olive oil 1 tbsp

1 medium cucumber

2 large tomatoes

Onion 1 large

Lettuce leaves 1 bunch

Beetroot 1 medium

olive oil 3 tablespoons

black and white sesame seeds 1 tbsp

lemon juice 1 tbsp

Pink salt to taste

Cracked black pepper to taste

A handful of chopped fresh cilantro


Preparation:


In a saucepan, combine the black chickpeas, peanuts, paprika powder, pink salt, cracked black pepper and olive oil, mix well and sauté over medium-high heat for 2 minutes and set aside.

Cut the cucumber

Core the tomatoes, dice them and set aside.

Onion Peel and chop .

Chop the lettuce leaves and set aside.

Slice the beet and set aside.

Put the olive oil, sesame seeds, lemon juice in a bowl and whisk well.

Add pink salt, cracked black pepper, whisk well and set aside.

In a bowl, add all the vegetables, roasted chickpeas and peanuts, fresh cilantro, prepared spices, mix well and serve!
