Contents:


Prepare the sauce mixture:


1 cup of water

Soy sauce 3 teaspoons

Oyster sauce 2 tbsp

Tomato ketchup 3 tbsp

Vinegar 1 teaspoon

Sesame oil 1 teaspoon

1/2 teaspoon salt

Assured chilli powder (white chilli powder) ½ tsp

½ teaspoon black pepper powder

sugar spoon

Chicken powder 1 tbsp

water cup

Cornstarch 1 and a half teaspoons


Prepare the chicken:


Boneless chicken strips 350 g

½ teaspoon black pepper powder

1 teaspoon of sugar

Salt ¼ spoon or flavoring

Garlic paste 1 teaspoon

1 teaspoon soy sauce

Spoon of cornstarch


Prepare the needle pasta:


2-3 tablespoons of cooking oil

Spaghetti / noodles are cooked as needed

3-4 tablespoons of cooking oil

1 tablespoon minced garlic

Half a teaspoon of chopped ginger

Carrot Julien 1 Medium

Onion 1 medium chopped

Paprika julienne 1 medium

1 cup cabbage

2-3 tablespoons of cooking oil

Assembly:


Cracked black pepper

Chopped spring onion leaves


Directions:


Prepare the sauce mixture:


In a small bowl, combine the water, soy sauce, oyster sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, sesame oil, salt, white pepper powder, black pepper powder, sugar , chicken powder until combined, then separate.

In a small bowl, add water and cornmeal and mix well, then separate.


Prepare the chicken:


In a bowl, combine the boneless chicken, black pepper powder, sugar, salt, garlic paste, soy sauce, cornmeal, mix well and cover and marinate for 15 minutes.


Prepare the needle pasta:


Heat the cooking oil in a skillet.

Add cooked spaghetti, divide and arrange according to serving size. Cook until golden and crispy, then flip and cook less on the other side, then set aside.

In a bowl, add cooking oil and garlic and mix well.

Add the ginger, mix well and cook for one minute.

Add the marinated chicken, mix well and cook for 6-8 minutes or until the chicken is tender.

Add carrots, onions, peppers, bandabi, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the prepared sauce mix, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes

Add the soluble cornstarch, mix well until thickened, then separate.

Put cooking oil and eggs in a pan and fry over medium heat until cooked, remove and set aside.


Assembly:


Place prepared vegetables with fried noodles, sauce and fried eggs in a serving bowl. Sprinkle with cracked black pepper and spring onions and serve!
