How to Make a Chocolate Souffle
Ingredients:
butter 1 tablespoon
1 & ½ tbsp all purpose flour
Pakola whole milk ¾ cup
vanilla essence ½ teaspoon
cocoa powder 2 teaspoons
Grated dark chocolate 130g
yellow 2
egg white 3
sugar 4 tablespoons
salt 1 pinch

Directions:
In a saucepan,add butter for melt
Add all-purpose flour and mix well over low heat for 2 minutes.
Add milk and cooked until slightly thickened.
Add vanilla essence, cocoa powder and mix well.
Add the dark chocolate and stir over low heat for one minute until the chocolate melts.
Remove from the heat, place in a bowl and beat for a minute to lower the temperature.
Add the egg yolk and whisk well.
Let cool completely and set aside.
In a bowl, add the egg white and beat well.
Add sugar, salt and beat well until stiff peaks form (2-3 minutes).
Add 1/3 cup egg whites to the chocolate mixture and fold in with a spatula.
Now add all the mixture into the remaining egg whites and gently fold until just combined.
Grease the ramekins with softened butter, sprinkle with sugar, sprinkle well with sugar and tap off the excess sugar.
Transfer the mixture to the ramekins, being careful not to put any batter on the top of the ramekins and that the top is smooth.
Place the ramekins on a baking dish and cook in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15-16 minutes (for 4).
Sprinkle with cocoa powder after cooking and serve immediately.
