 How to make chocolate orange dessert

Prepare the Rusk layer:


Rusks to taste

1 cup orange juice or as needed


Prepare chocolate pudding:


Milk 750 ml

Olper Milk Cream 200ml

Cocoa powder 4 tsp

4 tablespoons corn flour

Instant coffee-spoon

1 pinch of salt

Half a cup of sugar or according to taste


Prepare the orange sauce layer:


500ml of orange juice

2 tablespoons corn flour

¼ Cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon orange food coloring (optional)

50 grams of grated white chocolate

Olper milk cream


Hint:


Prepare the Rusk layer:


Dip the rusk in the orange juice and place a layer on the bottom of the pan, add the orange juice and refrigerate for 1 hour.


Prepare chocolate pudding:



In a wok add milk and Olpercreme and mix well.

Add cocoa powder, cornstarch, instant coffee, salt, sugar and mix everything in the mixture without lumps.

Place the wok on high heat and cook on low heat until thick (2-3 minutes), stirring constantly.

Pour the mixture into a casserole dish and set with a spatula and tap a few times. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until stiff.


Prepare the orange sauce layer:


In a saucepan, combine the orange juice, cornstarch, sugar, and orange color of the food and mix well.

Place the saucepan on high heat and cook on low heat until thick (4-5 minutes).

Add white chocolate, mix well until chocolate melts.

Slowly pour the prepared orange sauce over the back of the spoon and make a uniform layer in the pan and let it cool down.

Garnish with cream and serve!
