How to Make Chicken Jalapeno Naan Pizza without Oven




Ingredients:

To make dough:

¼ cup hot water
sugar 1 tablespoon
Instant yeast 1 teaspoon
All-purpose flour sifted 3 and ½ cups
Salt ½ tbsp
baking soda 1 & ½ teaspoon
yogurt 4 tablespoons
2 tbsp cooking oil
Pakola Warm whole milk ½ cup
1 teaspoon cooking oil

Prepare the chicken:

Red chili powder ½ tbsp or to taste
Salt 1 & ½ tsp. tea or to taste
onion powder 1 tsp
½ tsp black pepper powder
paprika powder 1 teaspoon
garlic powder 1 tsp
Dried oregano 1 teaspoon
Chicken cubes without bones 400g
2 tbsp cooking oil
Salt water (Mix 2 tablespoons of salt in ½ cup of water to make salt water)

Assembly :

Pizza sauce 2 tbsp
Chopped Onion
Pitted and sliced ​​tomato
Slices of pickled jalapenos
Grated mozzarella cheese
grated cheddar cheese
Dried oregano
crushed red pepper

Directions:

To make dough:

In a pitcher add lukewarm water, sugar and instant yeast and mix well, cover and let sit for 4-5 minutes and set aside.
In a bowl add all-purpose flour, salt, baking soda and mix well.
Add yogurt and cooking oil and mix well until crumbled.
Add the yeast mixture and mix well.
Gradually add the milk and knead until a soft dough forms.
Add the cooking oil and knead again, cover and let rise in a warm place for 1h30.
Sprinkle with dry flour, stretch and knead the dough for 2-3 minutes, then divide the dough into 6 portions.
Make a small dough (130 g), sprinkle with dry flour and roll out the dough into an oval shape with a rolling pin.
Make slits with your fingertips, turn the naan over and pour salt water on the other side of the naan.
Heat the iron griddle, place the naan (wet side down) and cook over low heat until bubbling and bottom browning, then turn the griddle over and cook the higher side over direct heat until charred.

Prepare the chicken:

In a bowl, add the red chili powder, salt, onion powder, black pepper powder, paprika powder, garlic powder, dried oregano and mix well.
Add the chicken and mix
In a skillet add the cooking oil and chicken, mix well and fry for 2-3 minutes, cover and fry on low for 4-5 minutes, then fry on high until oil comes together.

Assembly :

Place the naan on a pizza rack.
Add and spread pizza sauce, add cooked chicken, onion, tomato, pickled jalapenos, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, dried oregano, and crushed red peppers (serves 6).
Place the steamer/wire rack in a saucepan, cover and preheat over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Place the naan pizza on a wire rack, cover and cook in a saucepan over medium heat until cheese melts (5-6 minutes).
Slice and serve!
