Ingrediants:


Crispy Chicken Tender:


Salt 1 tsp or to taste

Black pepper powder 1 & ½ tsp

Garlic powder 1 tsp

Paprika powder ½ tsp

Boneless chicken, julienned 500g

2 beaten eggs or just enough

1 ½ cup breadcrumbs or as needed

Cooking oil for frying


Yogurt Based Sauce:


Hanging yogurt 1 cup

Mustard paste 1 tbsp

Tahini pasta 3 tbsp

Chopped fresh cilantro 2 tbsp

Salt ¼ tsp or to taste


Salad:


Coarsely chopped iceberg 2 cups

Pitted and Julienne Tomatoes 1 cup

Onion thinly sliced ​​and washed 1 cup

1/4 cup chopped jalapenos

Lemon juice 1 tbsp

Salt ½ tsp or to taste

Paprika powder ½ tsp

Ground black pepper ½ tsp


Tortilla cone:


Tortilla 4-6 or as needed

Cooking oil / butter


Assembly:


Baked tortilla cones

Indications:


Prepare the crispy chicken nuggets:


Put the salt, black pepper powder, garlic powder, paprika powder in a bowl and mix well.

Add the boneless chicken, mix and brush well.

Pass each strip of chicken in beaten eggs, then pass them in breadcrumbs.

Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the chicken over medium heat until tender and crisp, set aside.


Prepare the yogurt sauce:


In a bowl, add the yogurt, mustard paste, tahini paste, fresh coriander, salt and blend well. The yogurt sauce is ready, pour it into a bottle of dressing and set aside.


Prepare the salad:


In a bowl, add the iceberg, tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, lemon juice, salt, paprika powder, ground black pepper, mix and mix well, then set aside.


Prepare the tortilla cone:


Cut the tortilla in half (semicircle), fold the half of the tortilla into a cone shape and secure it with a wooden skewer / toothpick.

Tortilla cone on a baking sheet, brush with cooking oil and put in  oven at 180 ° C for 6-8 minutes until golden brown. after cooking remove from oven and cool it.


Assembly:


Add the prepared yogurt salad in a baked tortilla cone, fried crispy chicken breast, prepared yogurt sauce, prepared salad, prepared yogurt sauce and serve with French fries! (gives 12-13)
