How to Make Tiramisu Crepes Cake
Ingrediants:
Prepare the chocolate crepes:
Eggs 3
Milk 400ml
1/3 cup powdered sugar
All-purpose flour 1 1/2 cups
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Instant coffee ½ tbsp
Cooking oil 3-4 tbsp
Prepare the glaze:
Olper's chilled milk cream 400ml
Icing sugar cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Cream Cheese 200g
Mascarpone 200g
Assembly:
Ladyfingers as required
Cocoa powder
Indications:
Prepare the chocolate crepes:
Beat eggs well in a bowl.
Add the milk, the icing sugar and blend again.
Put a colander in a bowl, add the 00 flour, cocoa powder, salt, instant coffee and sift all the dry ingredients together and mix well.
Add cooking oil and blend well.
Grease a 9-inch skillet with cooking oil, add 1/3 cup of prepared batter, spread evenly, and cook over low heat on both sides (1 minute per side) and set aside.
Prepare all crêpes the same way (for 12-13).
Prepare the glaze:
Put the ice cubes in a large bowl and put another bowl on top, add the cream and beat well.
Add the powdered sugar and vanilla essence and beat well until stiff peaks form.
In another bowl, add the cream cheese, mascarpone and beat well and set aside.
At this point, add the cream cheese to the whipped cream, mix well and pour into a pastry bag.
Place the prepared crepe on a clean work surface, cut the irregular edges of the round-shaped crepes using a knife, cut all the crepes in the same way.
Assembly:
Arrange the first layer of crepe on a serving plate, then add and spread the prepared glaze.
Now add the second layer and brush it with the glaze and repeat the process for all layers (13 layers is enough for 1 crepe cake).
