How to make a quick and easy grilled sandwich with Tikka pieces
Ingrediants:
Handful of mint leaves
A handful of fresh cilantro
Mayonnaise ¾ Cup
1 tablespoon of mustard paste
½ teaspoon of black pepper powder
Salt ¼ tsp or to taste
1 1/2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Cooking oil 1-2 tbsp
Mon salwa Tikka Chicken Chunks half pack
Cooking oil 1-2 tbsp
2 slices of medium boiled potatoes with salt
Red chilli, chopped to taste
Garlic powder to taste
2 medium slices of tomato
1-2 tablespoons of butter
Sandwich bread of your choice
Crushed iceberg
Ketchup
Slices of cheddar cheese
Addresses:
In the blender, add the mint leaves, fresh coriander, mayonnaise, mustard paste, ground black pepper, salt and lemon juice, mix well and set aside.
In a skillet, add the cooking oil, chicken tikka pieces and fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes and set aside.
In the pan, add the cooking oil and lay the potato slices.
Sprinkle with chopped red pepper, garlic powder and grill on both sides until golden brown and set aside.
Put the tomato slices in the same pan and grill them on both sides.
In the pan add the butter and let it melt.
Place the slices of bread, spread the butter and grill on both sides and set aside.
Turn off the heat, pour in the mint mayonnaise, add the baked potato and tomato slices.
Add the iceberg, chicken tikka pieces, ketchup, cheddar cheese slices, mint mayonnaise sauce and add another slice (to make 2).
Slice and serve!
