How to make Oreo chocolate cheesecake at home
Ingrediants:
Prepare the crust:
Oreo Cookies 200g
Melted butter 4 tbsp
Prepare the cheesecake:
150g minced cooking white chocolate
Creamy cheese 400g
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Salt 1 pinch
Ice cubes
Olper's Diary Cold cream 350ml
1/2 cup icing sugar
Coarsely chopped Oreo cookies 12-15 or as needed
Prepare the ganache:
120g shredded milk chocolate
Olper's Diary Cream 120ml
Salt 1 pinch
Olper's diary Whipped cream
Oreo cookies
Melted chocolate
Crumbled biscuit
Indications:
Prepare the crust:
In a food processor, add the oreo cookies and work until finely mashed.
Add the melted butter and work until well combined.
In an 8-inch hinged baking sheet, add the crumbled mixture and press firmly into the base to create an even layer and refrigerate until set (1 hour).
Prepare the cheesecake:
In a bowl, add the cooking white chocolate and microwave for one minute, mix well and set aside.
In a bowl, add the cream cheese, melted white chocolate, vanilla essence, salt and whisk until soft peaks form and set aside.
In a large bowl, add the ice cubes and put another bowl on top, add the cream and beat well.
Add the powdered sugar and beat until soft peaks form.
Now add the cream cheese and white chocolate mixture and beat until well combined.
Add the oreo cookies and mix gently.
At this point pour the cream mixture over the cake layer in the springform pan, beat a couple of times and distribute it evenly and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Prepare the ganache:
In a bowl, add the milk chocolate, cream, salt, and microwave for 40 seconds, then stir until well combined.
Pour the prepared ganache over the cake and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
Remove the springform pan and decorate with whipped cream, oreo biscuits, melted chocolate and crumbled biscuit.
Cut into desired slices and serve!
