 How to make omelette spaghetti with tomato sauce and chicken at home





Ingredients:


4 eggs or as needed

Red chilli powder ½ tsp or to taste

Salt ¼ teaspoon or to taste

Black pepper powder ¼ tsp

Cooking oil 1 tsp

Boneless chicken in cubes 150g

Ginger and garlic paste ½ tbsp

Tikka Masala 1 tbsp

Lemon juice ½ tbsp

Cooking oil 2-3 tbsp

Onion 1 medium

4 medium-sized tomatoes

2 cloves of garlic

Cooking oil 1-2 tbsp

Roasted and chopped cumin seeds ½ tsp

Salt ½ teaspoon or to taste

1 teaspoon chopped red pepper

Turmeric powder 1 pinch

Chicken powder 1 tsp

Chopped green chillies 2

Chopped fresh coriander 2 tbsp


Indications:


Put the eggs, chilli powder, salt and black pepper powder in a jug, whisk well and set aside.

Grease the grill plate with cooking oil, pour in the prepared beaten eggs, distribute evenly and cook on both sides over low heat.

Take two omelets, roll them out and cut them into thin strips and set aside.

Put the chicken, ginger and garlic paste, tikka masala and lemon juice in a bowl, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.

Heat the cast iron pan, add cooking oil, marinated chicken, mix well and cook until chicken is tender (8-10 minutes) and cook until chicken is dry and set aside.

Chop the onion and set aside.

Cut the tomatoes, place in the blender jug, add the tomatoes, puree well to a puree and set aside.

Peel the garlic cloves, chop them well and set aside.

Add cooking oil and onion in a pan and sauté until translucent.

Add the garlic and mix well.

Add the pureed tomatoes and mix well.

Add cumin, salt, chopped red pepper, turmeric powder and mix well.

Add the chicken powder and mix well, cover and cook over low heat until the oil separates (6-8 minutes).

Add the green chillies and fresh coriander, mix well and set aside.

On a serving plate, add the prepared egg noodles, marinara sauce, boiled chicken and serve!
