 How to Make Hot Chocolate Quickly

Ingrediants:

Homemade hot chocolate mix:

Cold dark chocolate

1 ¼ cups of sugar

Salt a pinch of salt

1 1/2 cups cocoa powder

Powdered milk 2 tbsp

Corn starch 2-3 tbsp

Cinnamon powder 1 pinch

Nutmeg powder 1 pinch

Making hot chocolate with homemade hot chocolate mix:

Pakola whole milk 3 cups

Whipped Cream

marshmallows

chocolate sprinkles

Whipped Cream

Chocolate syrup

Indications:

Homemade hot chocolate mix:

Prepare some chocolate chips (about 1/3 cup or 6 tablespoons) with the help of a potato peeler and set aside.

In a grinder add the sugar, salt and reduce to powder.

Add the chocolate chips, blend only 1-2 times.

Sift all dry ingredients together and mix well (for about 375 g).

Keep in a cold and dry place.

Making hot chocolate with homemade hot chocolate mix:

Milk into a saucepan and  boil.

Add the homemade hot chocolate mixture (1/4 cup or to taste) and mix well until melted (2-3 minutes).

Place the hot chocolate in a serving bowl and garnish with whipped cream, marshmallows, chocolate chips, whipped cream, and chocolate syrup.
