Ingrediants:

Making a homemade tortilla:

In a bowl, combine the super fine flour, salt, baking powder and mix well.

Gradually add lukewarm water, mix well and knead until a dough forms.

Add the cooking oil and knead again, cover and leave to rest for 30 minutes.

Dust with dry flour and knead the dough well until it is smooth and elastic (5-6 minutes).

Sprinkle with dry flour, take a small dough (100 g), make a ball, sprinkle with dry flour and roll out with the help of a rolling pin (11 inch round).

Assembly:


On a clean work surface, place an omelette, add the prepared sour cream sauce, scrambled eggs, sauteed vegetables, iceberg, prepared sour cream sauce, hot sauce, fold all sides and roll the tortilla .

Grease the pan with cooking oil and fry the burrito on all sides until golden brown (4).
