How to Make Cheese Naan at Home
Ingrediants:
Sifted all-purpose flour 2 1/2 cups
½ cup wheat flour
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
Icing sugar 1 & ½ tsp
Baking yeast 1 & ½ tsp
Baking yeast 1 tsp
½ cup yogurt
1 cup of warm water or as needed
Cooking oil 1 tbsp
Cream cheese 2 tablespoons or as needed
Cheddar grated as needed
Grated mozzarella to taste
Melted butter 2 tbsp
Milk 1 tbsp
Dried oregano
Melted butter
Slice of tomato
Chopped fresh cilantro
Indications:
In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, wheat flour, salt, powdered sugar, baking powder, baking powder and mix well.
Add the yogurt and mix well until it crumbles.
Gradually add lukewarm water and knead until it forms a dough.
Add cooking oil and knead for 2-3 minutes, cover and leave to rise for 1 hour and a half (warm place).

Place on the baking sheet and place the stuffed naan.
Add the milk to the melted butter and mix well.
Apply to the filled naan with a brush and sprinkle with dried oregano.
10 mnts bake 180 ° C for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven, pour over the melted butter, place the tomato slice and sprinkle with fresh coriander.
Slice and serve!
