How do you make taco beef burgers with guacamole and salsa
Ingredients:
Prepare the tacos dressing:
1tsp Red chilli powder
Cumin seeds
roasted and mashed ½ tbsp
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Salt 1 teaspoon or to taste
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Dried oregano ½ tsp
Garlic powder ½ tsp
Onion powder ½ tsp
Chopped red chilli ½ tsp
Chop ½ kg (with 20% fat)
1/2 cup of grated cheddar
Preparation of the guacamole:
2 medium-sized avocados
Lemon juice ½ tbsp
Sliced pickled jalapeno 2 tbsp
Ground black pepper ¼ tsp
Salt ¼ teaspoon or to taste
Preparation of the sauce:
Pitted and chopped tomatoes 2 medium-sized onions, chopped 1 medium-sized pickled jalapenos, chopped 2 tablespoons of minced garlic 2 cloves Fresh coriander, chopped 2 tablespoons of chopped black pepper ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon or to taste Roasted and crushed cumin seeds ½ teaspoon juice Lemon ½ teaspoon
Assembly:
Toasted sour cream lettuce leaves
Indications:
Prepare the tacos dressing:
In a small bowl, add the red paprika powder, cumin, black pepper powder, salt, paprika powder, dried oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, chopped chilli and mix well. The taco dressing is ready!
Put the minced meat, the prepared taco dressing and the cheddar cheese in a bowl and stir well.
Grease your hands with cooking oil, take a large amount of minced meat (150 g) and form a smooth ball.
Place butter paper on a cutting board, place meatballs on top, press into a meatball with your hands and press flat and use your thumb to make a deep indentation in the center of the beef meatballs.
Heat cooking oil in a cast iron pan, lay out the beef meatballs, remove the butter paper and fry until golden brown over medium heat (3-4 minutes per side) (makes 4 meatballs).
Preparation of the guacamole:
In the food processor, add the avocado, lemon juice, pickled jalapenos, ground black pepper, salt and chop until creamy. The guacamole is ready!
Preparation of the sauce:
Put tomatoes, onions, pickled jalapenos, garlic, fresh coriander, ground black pepper, salt, cumin, lemon juice in a bowl and mix well. The sauce is ready!
Assembly:
Add sour cream, lettuce leaves, beef patty, guacamole, salsa to the burger bun and spread and cover with the burger bun.
