How do you make Ranch Pizza at Home
Ingredients:
Prepare the ranch sauce:
1 cup of cream
lemon juice 3 tbsp
1 cup mayonnaise
Black pepper powder ½ teaspoon
Dried parsley 1 and ½ tsp
Onion powder ½ tsp
Garlic powder ½ tsp
Salt 1 pinch
Finely chopped dill 1 1/2 tablespoons
Prepare the pizza dough:
½ cup lukewarm water
Cup of warm milk
sugar 1 tbsp
Instant yeast 3 tsp
Multipurpose sifted flour 3 cups
Salt 1 tsp
cooking oil 2 tbsp
Warm water 2-3 tablespoons or as needed
Prepare the chicken filling:
cooking oil 2 tbsp
Diced boneless chicken 400g
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt ½ teaspoon or to taste
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Ground cumin 1 tsp
Ground black pepper 1 tsp
lemon juice 1 tbsp
Whipped yogurt 3 tbsp
Gathering:
grated cheddar
grated mozzarella
Paprika cubes
Onion
Tomatoes without seeds and cubes
Sliced mushrooms
Sliced black olives
grated cheddar
grated mozzarella
dried oregano
Ground red pepper

Prepare the ranch sauce:
In a bowl, combine the cream, lemon juice and mix well.
Add the mayonnaise, black pepper powder, dried parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, dill and mix until well blended. Ranch sauce is ready.
Prepare the pizza dough:
In a pitcher, add warm water, milk, sugar, instant yeast and mix well, cover and let rest for 10-15 minutes.
In a bowl, add all purpose flour,
Add the cooking oil and mix well until it crumbles.

Add the water and knead until dough forms, cover and let rise for 1 hour (warm place).
Prepare the chicken filling:
In a pan, add cooking oil, chicken and mix well until it changes color.
Add the ginger-garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, ground black pepper, lemon juice, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add the yogurt , cover and cook over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes, then cook over high heat until dry .
Sprinkle with dry flour and knead the dough
Divide the dough into 3 parts, take one part, sprinkle with dry flour and roll out using a rolling pin.
Place the rolled dough on a 9-inch pizza pan, press gently and pierce with a fork.
Add and divide 3-4 tablespoons of ranch sauce, cheddar cheese, mozzarella, cooked chicken, bell pepper, onion, tomatoes, mushrooms, black olives, cheddar cheese, mozzarella, dried oregano, and chopped red pepper (makes 3 medium pizzas).
Bake in oven at 200°C 10 to12 minutes.
Remove from pizza pan and drizzle with prepared ranch sauce, slice and serve!
