How to Quickly Prepare Vegetable Mix in Spicy Garlic Sauce
Ingrediants:
Tomato ketchup 3 tbsp
2 1/2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of vinegar
Chilli sauce 3 tbsp
1 1/2 tablespoons of sesame oil
2 tablespoons of cooking oil
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup of green beans
1 cup of sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup of baby corns
1 cup bell pepper cubes
1 cup diced onion
3 tablespoons of cooking oil
10-12 cloves minced garlic
3-4 chopped red chillies
White part of green onion, chopped ¼ cup
1 teaspoon of chopped red pepper
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
1 teaspoon of salt or to taste
Vegetable broth 2 cups Substitute: Dissolve 2 stock cubes in 2 cups of water
1 1/2 tablespoons of corn flour
Water 2-3 tbsp
1-2 tablespoons of chopped green onion leaves

How to Prepared:
In a bowl combine the tomato sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, chili sauce, sesame oil, mix well and set aside.
In a wok, add the cooking oil, carrots and mix well.
Add the beans, mix well and cook for one minute.
Add the fresh mushrooms, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add the tender seeds, pepper, onion, mix well and fry over high heat for 2 minutes, then pour into a bowl and set aside.
In the same wok, add cooking oil, garlic and sauté for one minute.
Add the red chillies, mix well and cook until the garlic is lightly golden.
Add the white part of the spring onion and mix well.
Now add the prepared sauce, the chopped red pepper, the black pepper powder, the salt, mix well and cook for a minute.
Add the vegetable broth, mix well and bring to a boil.
Add the sautéed vegetables and mix well.
In the cornmeal, add the water and beat well.
Add the melted flour, mix well and cook until the sauce thickens (1-2 minutes).
Add the green onion leaves and mix well.
Garnish with green onion leaves and serve with boiled rice!
