How to Quickly Make a Tasty and Flavorful Cheese Omelette.
Ingredients:
Eggs 4-5
Salt ½ teaspoon or to taste
Black pepper powder ½ teaspoon
Milk 3 tablespoons
Original Premium Swiss Cheese and Cream Cheese Spread ½ cup or Cheddar Cheese and Cream Cheese Spread ½ cup
Garlic powder ½ teaspoon
2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
2 tablespoons milk
Cooking oil 1-2 tablespoons
½ tablespoon minced garlic
½ cup chopped paprika
Tomato, pitted and chopped 1 medium size
Green onion, chopped ½ cup
Chopped green chili 1 tsp.
1 tablespoon cooking oil
Chopped fresh coriander
Preparation:
Put the eggs, salt, black pepper powder and milk in a bowl, beat well and set aside.
In another bowl, add the original cheese, garlic powder, fresh coriander and milk, beat well and reserve.
In a skillet, add the cooking oil, garlic and mix well.
Add the paprika, tomato, chives, green chilli, mix well and cook for a minute and reserve.
Put in a pan, add the cooking oil and egg mixture and cook over low heat for a minute until the eggs begin to set.
Add and spread the fried vegetable mixture on one side of the omelet, then spread the cheese mixture on top.
Carefully flip the tortilla, cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Sprinkle with fresh cilantro and serve with slices of toast.
