 How to Quickly Make Lotus Pancakes at Home




Ingrediants:


Pakola Integral Milk ¾ Mug

Egg 1

2 1/2 tablespoons of powdered sugar

All-purpose flour 1 cup and 2 tbsp

Salt ¼ tsp

2 teaspoons of baking powder

Butter, melted 2 ½ tablespoons

¼ cup lotus cream (microwave for 15 seconds)

1/3 cup lotus flower

Chopped caramel cookies

almonds


How to Prepared:


In a bowl, combine the milk, egg, powdered sugar and beat well.

Add the cornmeal, salt, baking powder and beat until well blended.

Add the melted butter, lotus cream and beat well.

Grease the non-stick pan with butter, pour in 2 tablespoons of the prepared batter and simmer until bubbles appear on the surface, turn and cook until cooked (18-20).

In a bowl, add the lotus cream and microwave for 30 seconds, then mix well and transfer to a squeeze bottle.

On a serving dish, place the lotus pancakes, season with the lotus cream, season with the chopped butterscotch, almonds and serve.
