How to make Schezwan soup at home? 



Ingredients:


Blended Chicken 1 kg 

Carrot 1 medium 

1 medium onion 

1-inch ginger 

2-3 garlic cloves 

Small bunch of new coriander 

1 and liter of water 

Sesame oil tablespoon 

1 tablespoon minced garlic 

tablespoon minced ginger 

White mushrooms cup 

1/2 cup chives, hacked 

1/2 cup carrot hacked 

3 tablespoons soy sauce 

Hot sauce 3 tablespoons 

2 tablespoons vinegar 

Dark pepper powder 1 tsp. 

1 teaspoon salt or to taste 

1 teaspoon sugar 

1 tablespoon ketchup 

1/2 cup of hacked cabbage 

Eggs 2 

Corn flour 4-5 tablespoons 

cup water or on a case by case basis 

green Chile 

new coriander 

How to Prepared:


Set up the chicken stock : 


In a pot, add the chicken, carrot, onion, ginger, garlic, new coriander, water and heat to the point of boiling. Cover and stew for 60 minutes, then, at that point, scoop out the chicken pieces, hack, and hold for sometime in the future. The chicken stock is prepared!

In a pan, add the sesame oil, garlic, ginger and brown. 

Add the mushrooms, chives, blend well and cook briefly.

add the eggs in a bowl and mix well . 

Add it to a pot and blend. 

Add the cornmeal to the water and blend well. 

Presently add the cornmeal disintegrated in the soup. Blend well and cook to wanted consistency (2-3 minutes). 

Enhancement with green stew, new cilantro, and serve hot!
