Prepare the chicken filling:

2 tablespoons cooking oil

Boneless chicken, small dice 400g

Adrak Lehsan Paste (Garlic Ginger Paste) 1 teaspoon

Salt ½ teaspoon or to taste

1 teaspoon red chili powder or to taste

Turmeric powder ½ teaspoon

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon crushed black pepper

1 tablespoon lemon juice

3 tablespoons shaken yogurt

Directions:


Make ranch sauce:


Put the cream and lemon juice in a bowl and beat well.

Add mayonnaise, black pepper powder, dried parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, dill and mix until well mixed. The ranchero sauce is ready.


Prepare the pizza dough:


Put warm water, milk, sugar, instant yeast in a jug and mix well, cover and let stand for 10-15 minutes.

Put the all-purpose flour in a bowl, season with salt and mix well.

Add cooking oil and mix well until crumbly.

Gradually add the dissolved yeast mixture and mix well.

Add water and knead until a dough forms, cover and let stand for 1 hour (warm place).


Prepare the chicken filling:


In a skillet, add the cooking oil and chicken and mix well until it changes color.

Add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, ground black pepper, lemon juice, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add the yogurt and mix well, cover and cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes, then cook over high heat until dry and set aside.

Sprinkle with dry flour and knead the dough again until smooth.

Divide the dough into 3 parts, take one part, sprinkle with dry flour and roll out with the help of the rolling pin.

Place the rolled dough in a 9-inch pizza pan, press gently and poke with a fork.

Add 3-4 tablespoons ranch sauce, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, boiled chicken, bell pepper, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, black olives, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, dried oregano, and red chili pepper (for 3 medium pizzas) and distribute.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 10-12 minutes.

Remove from pizza pan and drizzle with prepared ranch sauce, then slice and serve.
