How to make Korean style sweet and fiery chicken?
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken cut into blocks ½ kg
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
Dark pepper powder 1 tsp.
1 tablespoon ginger garlic glue
Vinegar 1 and ½ tablespoon
Universally handy flour 4 tablespoons
4 tablespoons cornmeal
Rice flour 3-4 tablespoons
Salt ½ teaspoon or to taste
Water ¾ Cup or depending on the situation
Cooking oil for singing
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons ketchup
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons bean stew sauce
2 tablespoons corn syrup (discretionary)
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon red bean stew powder or to taste
Salt ¼ teaspoon or to taste
4-5 green chilies (cut down the middle)
Simmered and cleaved peanuts 2-3 tablespoons
Sesame seeds
Slashed green onion
Preparation:
In a bowl add the chicken, salt, dark pepper powder, ginger and garlic glue, vinegar and blend well, cover and marinate for 30 minutes.
In a bowl, add the generally useful flour, cornstarch, rice flour, salt, continuously add the water and beat well to make a thick mixture.
Presently add the marinated chicken and blend well.
In a wok, heat cooking oil and fry the chicken over low hotness until brilliant brown, then, at that point, unmold on a wire rack and let it rest for 2-3 minutes.
