 How to make chocolate filled pancakes




Ingredients:


Eggs 2 (room temperature)

6 tablespoons granulated sugar

Vanilla essence ¼ teaspoon

Milk 400ml (room temperature)

Sifted all-purpose flour 2 and ¾ cups (380g)

4 tablespoons cooking oil

2 teaspoons baking yeast

Chocolate chips

Powdered sugar

Chocolate syrup

Chocolate chips


Indications:


In a bowl, combine the eggs, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract and beat well.

Add half the amount of milk and blend well.

Add the all-purpose flour and blend again.

At this point, add the rest of the milk and beat well until you get a homogeneous batter.

Add the cooking oil, the baking powder and blend again, cover and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Heat griddle over low heat, add ¼ cup of the prepared batter, add the chocolate chips to the center of the batter, then top with batter to cover the chocolate chips.

When bubbles start to appear around the edges, lift the edge and make sure the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook until done.

Repeat with the remaining dough (makes 12-14).

Sprinkle with powdered sugar, sprinkle with chocolate syrup, garnish with chocolate chips, and serve!
