Directions:

In the milk add the vinegar, mix well and let it rest for 30 seconds then add the cream and mix well, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes, the sour cream is ready!

In a bowl, add the apples, ground cinnamon, all-purpose flour, mix well and set aside.
