How to cooked Fish Chilli Fry at Home

ingredients: 


Boneless fish solid shapes (Surmai/King fish) kg 

1 tablespoon soy sauce 

1 tablespoon vinegar 

teaspoon red bean stew powder 

1 teaspoon salt or to taste 

Dark pepper powder 1 tsp. 

1 and tablespoon corn starch 

Universally handy flour 4-5 tablespoons 

Egg white 2 

Cooking oil for fricasseeing 

3 tablespoons cooking oil 

1 tablespoon minced garlic 

1 medium diced pepper 

Onion dice 1 medium 

Cut red bean stew peppers 4-5 

Ketchup 3-4 tablespoons 

2 tablespoons soy sauce 

1 tablespoon bean stew sauce 

Salt teaspoon or to taste 

1 tablespoon red stew powder or to taste 

White pepper powder teaspoon 

cup water or on a case by case basis 

Hacked chive leaves 


Directions:

In a bowl, add the fish, soy sauce, vinegar, red stew powder, salt, dark pepper powder and blend well, cover and marinate for 15-20 minutes. 

Add the cornstarch, universally handy flour, and egg white and blend well. 

Hotness the cooking oil in a wok and fry the marinated fish pieces over medium hotness until fresh and brilliant and put away. 

In a wok add the cooking oil and garlic and blend well. 

Add the paprika and onion and blend well. 

Add the red chilies, blend well, and mix briefly. 

Add the ketchup, soy sauce, stew sauce, salt, red stew powder, white pepper powder, blend well and cook briefly. 

Add water and blend well. add the singed fish Enhancement with chive leaves and present with singed rice!
