How to Make NOODLE STIR-FRY at Home




Pork and vegetables recipe with ginger and soy:

1/2 pound of pork tenderloin

6-8 ounces fresh long noodles (ramen, sliced ​​knife, udon, anything works)

1 cup mushrooms, sliced

1 pak choi, sliced

1 tablespoon minced ginger

3 garlic cloves, minced


Sauce mix:

2 teaspoons soy sauce

2 teaspoons soybean paste or thick soy sauce (substitute for regular soy sauce if you don't have one)

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon of honey

1 tablespoon mirin sake

1 tablespoon of water

Salt and pepper to taste


Directions:



Cook pasta according to package 

Mix the sauce in a bowl and reserve.

Meanwhile, cut the pork tenderloin into small pieces. Add 2 tablespoons of the sauce and marinate for 10 minutes. Prepare the vegetables.

In a large skillet over medium heat, drizzle a little oil and add the ginger and garlic. Fry for 1 minute until fragrant, . Cook until cooked, then add the mushrooms. Keep stirring for a minute or two until fully cooked, then add the pak choi and cooked noodles. Add the sauce and sauté until hot and cooked through.

Serve in a bowl and enjoy! Makes 2-3 servings
